Refund Policy

Digital Products — General Rule

Due to the digital nature of sewing patterns, all sales are final once the pattern file has been downloaded or a signed download URL has been generated.

Exceptions — We Will Refund If:

  • The pattern file is corrupted or unreadable
  • The pattern is significantly different from its description
  • A duplicate charge occurred due to a payment error
  • The ad-gate unlock failed and no download was granted

How to Request

Contact us at refunds@patronista.com within 7 days of purchase, including your order ID and a description of the issue. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Algeria (Chargily Pay — DZD)

Refunds for DZD purchases are processed back to the original CIB or Edahabia card, subject to Chargily Pay processing times.

Global (Paddle — USD/EUR)

Refunds for USD/EUR purchases are processed by Paddle and subject to their Refund Policy. Chargebacks are not permitted and will result in account suspension.
