1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Patronista ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Platform Description
Patronista is a global marketplace connecting sewing pattern designers ("Modelists") with customers. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to any sale between Modelists and customers.
3. Ad-Gate System
Certain pattern sizes may be unlocked for free by viewing an advertisement. Unlocked patterns are provided under a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license valid for 24 hours via signed URL. Downloaded files remain on your device permanently.
4. Premium Purchases
Premium purchases grant permanent access to all sizes of a pattern. Payments are processed via Chargily Pay (Algeria — DZD) or Paddle (Global — USD/EUR). All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.
5. Modelist Responsibilities
Modelists guarantee that uploaded patterns are original, do not infringe third-party rights, and are accurately described. Patronista reserves the right to remove content without notice.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share downloaded patterns. You may not use automated tools to bypass the ad-gate system. Violation results in immediate account termination.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Algeria for Algerian users, and French law for European users. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
